Howdy I'm from Mienahsootah

If I had been traveling today and playing the license plate game I would have won easy peasy. In one row of bikes I read New Jersey, Colorado, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Wyoming, Illinois and Wisconsin plates. I can't express to you what a thrill it is to be front row center for the show of the summer. Granted I am not right smack dab in Sturgis, just a mere 17 miles from the motorcycle party mecca on the planet Nemo ain't doing too bad.
And I ask you how many times can you take pictures of motorcycles and make it interesting? Hopefully every time. I have both my video camera and digital camera poised and ready for when the big groups come through. The hills truly do rumble when they approach from both directions. If the combination of  loud pipes, gorgeous paint jobs and crazy and scantily dressed riders don't get you going, then you my friend might be dead.
About the weather here in South Dakota. I will now know that when I pack to come to Rally I will bring clothes that work from 50 degrees to 100. You also better have hail insurance on your vehicle. Last night the heavens opened up and it sounded like we were being attacked. This trailer is long and accommodating but
man the hail beat the roof like a red headed stepchild last night.  Hopefully we have weather today like we had yesterday during the day. Warm and sunny.
